Meet Our Team

  • Yin Yoga / Intuitive Yoga

Karyn Hunter - Nourish You Yoga

After being diagnosed with a chronic disease (Multiple Sclerosis) the way that Karyn practised yoga completely changed.  It helped her to understand the therapeutic and healing possibilities of yoga on so many different levels.  She also came to understand the importance of a class that is inclusive and supportive of whatever the students may need on any given day, regardless of their age, flexibility or ability.

The yoga that she teaches is not about achieving a pretty looking pose just for the sake of it.  It’s become for herself and her students, an ongoing, ever evolving journey of understanding and reconnecting with the body and mind, in which added strengthening and flexibility does happen, but as by-products of the practice.

Anthony is the owner of a private counselling practice Mindful Health Counselling.  He is also a Mentor at the Australian Centre for Meditation & Mindfulness and an internationally accredited meditation teacher / facilitator.

He was trained, guided and inspired by the profound tutelage of Lisa Forde (ACMM Principal/Founder & President of Meditation Australia) and Tim James (Meditation Australia & Meditation Life)

Meditation is a core pillar of the therapy style he practices and it is deeply entrenched in his life, as a student and a teacher.

“Meditation came to me at a time when I was feeling disconnected and unfulfilled, professionally & personally.  It offered me self intimacy, perspective and a deeper understanding of my values as a human. It allowed me to connect with my inner strengths and resources, deepen my relationships with loved ones and learn self forgiveness, self compassion & acceptance."

“Yoga has been transformative for me, and teaching allows me to share that gift and joy with others. Come and move, breathe, explore, and enjoy the practice while discovering more about yourself.”

Jana offers yoga classes that blend gentle Hatha, restorative practices, meditation, and pranayama. Inviting students to move, breathe and explore at their own pace. Her classes provide a space to connect with the body and mind, notice subtle sensations, and enjoy the journey of the practice with curiosity — sometimes energizing, sometimes softening, always mindful.

  • Kelly Thrum

Kelly’s classes are grounded in the traditional teachings of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, drawing from her 350-hour certification with the Yoga and Meditation School of India.

With a light-hearted teaching style and a genuine desire to build meaningful connections, she creates an environment where students feel supported, at ease and encouraged.

Kelly’s passion and teachings lie in creating stillness, helping you cultivate deep inner awareness and discover a sense of peace within. Her classes welcome all levels and range from gentle, restorative practices to more steady postures and mindful holds that cultivate strength and stability. Each session weaves together pranayama, meditation, and the gentle vibrations of sound bowl healing to support deeper presence and a more grounded state of being.

She likes to remind her students that yoga is not about perfection or achieving the “ideal” asana, but about meeting ourselves with compassion, joy, and awareness.

Through ease rather than force, we learn to let go and truly listen to the body and mind.

She can assist you by helping you to adjust, re-balance, clear old patterns and pain. She does this in a safe relaxing space raising your vibration, in turn bringing about optimum health and happiness.

  • Kaye Finnigan - Studio Facilitor / Owner

I have always loved fitness and wellness activities but as I got older I struggled to find a place where I “fit” and really felt comfortable. There always seemed to be a lack of community and having to go to different venues, rushed out and too big classes etc.

So, I created what I felt was needed and desperately lacking in the space. The studio is such a welcoming and calming environment that everyone falls in love with it immediately. It is a very special space that gives back to everyone.

Community connection is our main focus and bringing people together. We have an amazing team of professional instructors / practitioners in all aspects of the wellness field that have become like a big part of the family and are such warm, giving and passionate beings.

I will be offering structured movement classes for children and seniors which is where my particular skills set fits and will have different options available around April.

Many exciting new things coming soon as we expand into a full Family Wellness Centre in 2026.
