Originally from the UK and now living in Melbourne, I recently completed my 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with AllYoga in Nusa Lembongan, and I completely fell in love with the practice, both on the mat and in every corner of daily life.
For me, yoga is breathing, guiding every movement.I adore teaching grounded, strong, flowing classes where we move with steady rhythm, build deep body awareness, and allow body, mind and breath to meet fully in the present.
With a background in psychology and ongoing life-coaching studies, I bring a warm, attentive and choice-based approach to every practice. Creating a calm, safe space, I want everyone to feel empowered and truly at home in their body.
